Terms of Service – Duavamo Brussels
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
Duavamo Brussels: the online webshop selling streetwear and apparel.
Customer: any natural person who places an order via the webshop.
Agreement: the purchase agreement between Duavamo Brussels and the Customer.
Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the Duavamo Brussels webshop.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms of Service.
Article 3 – Products
Duavamo Brussels sells streetwear and clothing items.
All products are displayed and described as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color or design may occur and do not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation.
Article 4 – Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout.
Duavamo Brussels reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Article 5 – Orders and Payment
An agreement is concluded once the Customer has completed the order process and received an order confirmation by email.
Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.
Article 6 – Delivery
Duavamo Brussels aims to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary. No rights can be derived from stated delivery times.
Duavamo Brussels is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
The Customer has the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Return conditions:
- The item must be unworn and undamaged
- The item must be in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 8 – Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Duavamo Brussels will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.
Article 9 – Warranty and Complaints
Duavamo Brussels guarantees the quality of its products.
Any complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt via email:

Article 10 – Liability
Duavamo Brussels is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.
Liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
Article 11 – Force Majeure
Duavamo Brussels shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to supplier delays, transport disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and content on the webshop are the property of Duavamo Brussels and may not be used without prior written permission.
Article 13 – Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court.
