Return & Refund Policy – Duavamo Brussels

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

 

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Worn, damaged, or washed items will not be accepted

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

How to Request a Return

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
